BIM Advisory Process

• Setting up the project

BIM Coordination

• Establishing a secure location for uploading and downloading models
• Hosting weekly consultants meetings to discuss interferences and other inconsistencies between models
• Use native models to use for export into common modeling space

Clash Check Management

• Import models into common modeling space
• Run Clash Checks of these models
• Set up tracking system for interference checking
• Host meetings to discuss and find solutions to interferences

4D Model Creation

• Working with the General Contractor to create a 4D schedule
• Import schedules into 4D model environment
• Import models into 4D model environment
• Link the schedules and models to establish a synchronized 4D schedule
• Assist the contractor in using this to plan the construction
• Establish phasing between the sub-contractors to illustrate a smooth workflow
