DowcoMAX Services 1st Board Meeting

September 7th, 2006, the DowcoMax board met in Riverside, California to discuss and review the company’s operations as well as to strategically plan for the company’s next phase of growth. 

In attendance were DowcoMAX Services Board members: Hugh and Ewen Dobbie, of Dowco Consultants Ltd., Bill Thomas, and Dr. Kali Chaudhuri, ITeMax.  Others in attendance were Jyoti Chatterjee, DowcoMax India CEO and Kethmany Tran, ITeMAX Dir. of Business Development. Dowco’s 3rd director, John Casey was absent.

In summary, all present were generally pleased with DowcoMax’s first year of operation and were confident that the DowcoMAX operation is now properly positioned for the next phase of growth.  To this end, the Board unanimously agreed that steps be made to immediately grow the existing DowcoMax operation from 28 to 50 staff.  To accomplish this task, it was decided that Ewen Dobbie and Jyoti Chatterjee, along with Dowco’s Quality Control Manager, Ken Mussato, would travel to India to recruit, interview and hire the next batch of employees.
