ASTTBC Awards Presentations

Hugh Dobbie has been one of the largest financial contributors to FEAT ( Foundation for Education and Advancement in Technology) a registered charitable organization which provides funding  for technology education and professional development.   Years ago he set  up perpetual bursaries for Vancouver Community Collage  ( VCC ) and the British Columbia Institute of Technology ( BCIT ).   In November this year, at the  ASTTBC  ( Applied Science Technologists and Technicians of B.C. )  Awards Celebration, Hugh was presented with the R. Littledale Memorial Award by ASTTBC President Keith Switzer.  The award is inscribed "To recognise an outstanding member who has made a substantial contribution to the well being of the Association".
