Associative drawings
All drawing objects are associated to model objects. This means both automatically generated and manually edited annotation, such as dimensions and labels automatically update on the drawings after changes in the model. Major benefit for the user is less editing, thus saving time.

Template Editor
Completely new Template Editor with a windows interface, easy to use browser, multiple templates open, cut and paste between, easy to set up rules with wizard and validation checks, resizable dxf´s. Users´ own reports, tables and drawing layouts will be easier to set-up. This development has been our users´ long-term wish.

Parametric in the Model
Parametric functionality is now available directly in the model. Already at the model level the capabilities such as binding objects, reference distances, arraying are now available. This improvement is part of ongoing development to give the user full parametric control over the entire model.

Environment Variable Settings
New dialog to set Environment Variables replaces the need to edit Batch Files with a text editor. Editing a complex text file has not been comfortable for many users, thus this improvement is a much requested new functionality.

Surface Treatment
This new feature allows the user to specify finishes to surfaces, such as unpainted areas, special finishes and fireproofing. This has been a request from many areas of the world, particularly the need to specify unpainted areas of steel.

Custom Components
Improvements to custom components, for example arraying objects, reference dimensions, nested components and speed improvements. This improvement adds even more functionality to custom component development, allowing more complex and intelligent components to be built.

Drawing improvements
Some users spend a significant proportion of their time editing drawings. Development done now is part of a continued effort to reduce the need for editing. For one example editing of individual grid lines on drawings can now be modified. More flexibility in grid layout on the drawings has been requested by users, and this improves drawing appearance with reduced editing time.
