CISC/SDIBC Connection Design Correspondence Course The Connection Design Correspondence Course is now endorsed by both the Canadian Institute of Steel Construction (CISC) and the Steel Detailing Institute of B.C. (SDIBC). The fee is $265.00 plus GST for CISC/SDIBC members, and $320.00 plus GST for non-members. The course on the selection and design of connections for structural steel is monitored by Mr. W.G.
