I was born in Calgary, Alberta in 1983, I enjoyed my childhood playing street hockey and going to the nearby lake. At age 7, I headed west for the coast and eventually settled in Maple Ridge. I was interested in drafting at an early age and took many classes in high school. After high school, while working at Lordco auto parts, I attended BCIT where I achieved a Certificate in Structural Drafting. Before I even finished school, Dowco had made me an offer I couldn't refuse and I have been happily employed for over 2 years.

My first detailing experiance really came when the 400 foot trusses of the University of Virginia went up with no problems, and I got to see first hand what happens when a project goes well.

In my spare time I enjoy the company of friends and family. I also like to travel and have been to Mexico several times. Last summer three friends and I backpacked through Western Europe, including the Czech-Republic, Germany, France, UK, Ireland, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, and my favorite, Greece.  Among the many highlights was attending the 60th anniversary of D-Day at Juno beach, the beer halls of Munich, and Vimy Ridge.
