Our drawings are more accurate, which makes it easier for shop fabrication. We have noticed that fewer errors are accruing throughout all stages of the project. We are able to put our steel through the shop at a faster pace, which gives us a better time schedule for site erection. We have also noticed that with this program significant errors are omitted on site and erection time is being reduced by 2/3rd, this is mainly because they are not having to cut or torch as much in the field… A good example of this is the U of R Student Residence in Regina… The allotted time in the field for each site erection was 14-17 days for each tower; they were able to erect the first tower in 3 ˝ days.
