13th World Conference on Earthquake Engineering The 13th World Conference on Earthquake Engineering was held in Vancouver in August. Conference attendees included university researchers, civil and structural engineers, geotechnical consultants, architects, government agencies, etc. Dowco shared a double booth with the Canadian Institute of Steel Construction.
