My name is Jadupati Pal, one of the employees of DowcoMax, India Office.  I joined the company in July 2005 as a main checker.   I come from a very respectable family and completed my schooling in a village 200km from the main city of Kolkata.   After being given the opportunity to work at DowcoMax, I was able to give up a very hard life in Delhi and move to a village with my parents and family.  My father is a simple farmer and my mother is a housewife.  Both are enjoying family life with us in our village home.   My two children are studying at an English Medium School.

I started my career as a Draughtsman (Structural) 15 years ago, in a Kolkata- based company and then moved to Delhi, where I had the chance to work in the 3-d modeling environment of Tekla Structures.  It was there I was promoted to modeling checker and where I gathered good experience in Xsteel. 

In July of 2005 I had the opportunity to join DowcoMax in its Kolkata office.  I am very happy with  DowcoMax and with the dealings of our Team Leaders, Checkers and all my other office colleagues.
