Dowco Rewards Exceptional Performance

Dowco’s newly-introduced staff performance awards recognize and reward outstanding performance. Staff can be nominated for several types of award:
- The Individual Performance award recognizes employees whose actions have a direct and positive impact on business operations.
- The Team Performance award celebrates cells that demonstrate excellent skills in collaboration and cooperation to work toward a solution that benefits the cell and the company.
- The Quality award rewards employees who make a significant contribution to the company Quality Assurance system.
- The Innovation award honours employees who have a great idea and put that idea into practice to improve workplace processes, systems or services.
Awards will be made on a monthly basis, with winners being short listed for the title of ‘Employee of the Year’ and ‘Team of the Year’, awarded in December each year.
