B.C. Children’s Hospital Jeans Day
This year Dowco staff in Burnaby and Maple Ridge offices raised $760.00. This has been matched by the company, resulting in a $1820.00 donation to B.C. Children’s Hospital. A warm thank you is due to organizer Kirsty Newlands and all staff who participated. |
Every year, B.C. Children’s Hospital holds a fund-raising drive, selling buttons and pins advertising “Jeans Day” which this year falls on April 27th, 2006, when employees are encouraged to wear jeans to work to emphasize the needs of the B.C. Children’s Hospital.
