In order to maintain our registration with ISO, which was due to expire in November, we were required to have a re-assessment of our existing certification in October.

A team of two auditors from BSI Management Systems visited our Ontario, Surrey and Burnaby offices over a few days to ensure that all the elements of the new scope of registration and the entire requirements of the management standard are being effectively addressed by our team.

The auditors conducted a management review, including goals and objectives, internal audits, customer satisfaction, complaints, our sales process, training, document and record control as well as corrective and I am pleased to say that all the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 have been effectively addressed and that Dowco has been issued a new certificate to the latest version of the standard.
