Tekla Model Competition

Each year, Tekla Inc. holds a North American Model Competition. This contest is one way to celebrate the versatility of Tekla Structures and also demonstrates how the software solution affects the work landscape around the world. Tekla Structures plays a great role in creating many of the complex structures seen and admired every day. Showcasing these models expresses appreciation toward customers and enables Tekla to share great success stories.

This year’s North American Model competition was held at Tekla’s annual North American Users’ Convention in Baltimore, Maryland, August 16th and 17th. Dowco’s Tulsa Event Center Arena entry was voted #1 by fellow users.

Congratulations to the Dowco Surrey office staff for this award and recognition of their achievement in modeling and detailing this very complex project.

Dowco’s winning project entry will now be submitted into Tekla’s annual Global Contest. Stay tuned to see the results of Tekla’s Global Model contest held later this year.
