Tekla Structures News: Maintenance and Support Update

As 2008 winds down to a close, we want to thank you again, our valued customer for your ongoing commitment to Tekla Structures and want to express our appreciation for the opportunity to serve you over the last year. We hope that you have been able to keep up with all the great new Tekla enhancements and are taking full advantage of the new features. More will be coming next year and we are anxiously waiting to get an opportunity to educate you (our valued maintenance customers) about the recent features and applications which further help you to complete your project in less time and with fewer errors.

You may have already received in the mail an invoice for your 2009 Tekla Annual Software Maintenance and Technical Support. We had also enclosed a maintenance brochure which we recommend you take some time to review as well as a flyer on our famous End-of-Year Promotions.

As an incentive to our early birds, we are offering the incentive of free attendance to our 5-day Basic Training or 2-day Advanced Training course for one (1) staff to be held at either our Mississauga, ON – Surrey, BC – Laval, Quebec offices. To qualify, we must receive full payment for your 2009 Maintenance & Support Invoice by January 15th, 2009. Our office must have advanced notice of which training week you plan to attend. We would again like to announce that the Tekla Structures Online course is now available at the introductory price of $2,500.00USD per year. Developed based on Dowco Consultant’s Detailer-Tekla Structures Training course and endorsed by Tekla Oyj, signing up for this course allows unlimited access for 12 months, allowing individuals to train or re-train anywhere, and at any time. We have already received numerous sign-ups for the course from interested parties in Europe and the USA since our official launch last October. Please also noate that this training service offering, is available ‘Free of charge’ to all Dowco Technology Services customers on Maintenance.

All Dowco Technology Services customers will be receiving within the next few days (if you have already not received) an email notice of your Pre-activated Account giving you 30 day access to our Online Learning Network. Your 30 day access will be automatically extended to cover the 2009 period as soon as we receive your 2009 Tekla Maintenance payment.
