Another year has come and gone.  Time has flown by (it always does as one grows older!)  Currently things have taken a downward turn economically and there’s a great deal of negativity circulating in the media and the market place.  My objective has always been to turn what is negative into something positive.  This can be a challenge, but also very rewarding.

So, on a positive note, we have had a very successful year, with many satisfied customers.  Cash flow has been good, and we have managed to pay bonuses to the staff, to recognize their commitment to their work and to the company.

We have some of the best facilities for our staff, the latest in tools and equipment, and the most innovative technology.  All of this would amount to nothing without the excellent teams we have built up in all of our offices.  Sometimes in our industry the pressures of the job can be daunting and sometimes tasks seem thankless, but the management of Dowco is extremely proud and appreciative of our staff and their willingness to go that extra mile to meet clients' needs and schedules.

There’s another promising year ahead for us, although we recognize that competition will be very keen.   If we face the future as we have the past, with commitment to filling clients’ needs, the company’s success will continue.
