2007 - The Year in Highlights

It has been a whirlwind year of activity and change at the Dowco Group this year. One thing for sure, we have not been standing still. It’s our belief that if we are not expanding knowledge and growing, we are contracting. We therefore continue our efforts to expand and grow our business in volume and service offerings.

2007 can be seen as significant for Dowco in a number of ways:

• Completed our first year in the new Surrey, B.C. Head Quarters• Acquisition of Corpus Steel and establishment of Dowco Consultants Quebec Ltd.

• Acquired a new office in Laval which will enable further expansion in Quebec – move expected in February 1, 2008.

• Separation of Detailing and Tekla Sales Division : Formation of Dowco Technology Services Ltd.

• New product offering. In addition to selling and supporting Tekla’s design and steel detailing solutions, Dowco Technology Services Ltd began offering Tekla’s Pre cast detailing software solutions

• Dowco Technology Services Ltd. expands into Ontario and Quebec to better serve market and existing customers

• Hiring of Tero Laine of Tekla, Oy, Finland as Dowco Technology Services Technical Support and Training Manager

• Tekla Oy, Finland establish working relationship to sell, support and train Tekla Structures in India.
