Tulsa Events Center

We are basically completed on this project. However, there are still a few additions to the structure trickling through from time to time.

1500 Owens Street

This project is nearing erection completion at time of writing, and with only a few field questions in review, the erection seems to have gone smoothly.

Genentech Building 50

We have completed our detailing on the bid project as far as it could go, and now we are processing changes to suit revised design drawings. The roof and above have been drastically changed and will be our next new challenge when approval is provided to proceed.

The floor steel became a priority for shop issue, and Strocal is presently fabricating this steel.

The Regency Towers project has been cancelled.

Berlin N.H. Federal Correctional Institute

This project was awarded to Dowco by Isaacson Structural Steel. Inc., consisting of approximately 1500 tons of fabricated steel.

This project is being detailed and approved in Imperial measure, but will be converted to the Metric system for use by the Federal Bureau of Prisons.

Our Jamie Nelson is heading up our team for the project, comprised of a steel-framed, single level, braced, sloped roof, multi faceted building covering a fairly large foot print. The main multi-level housing units are of concrete design.

Maritza East 1 Power Station – Unit 2

This office is assisting Burnaby office with two levels of steel in this structure, which is proving to be quite a challenge. The project is being led by our Scott MacKay for the Alstom Power Boiler GmbH in Stuttgart, Germany. I am sure Scott or Rick Station will elaborate on this in their report.
