Dowco employs Management System, which is quality driven. Every day we are making decisions which determine the outcome of our product. Every day we are following rules, procedures, processes which have been established and documented in our ISO Management System. For the past 10 years, all of our daily operations have been tailored to suit ISO requirements and have become so natural that we do not notice we are adhering to any set rules… but we are. We are constantly reviewing and upgrading our process, which allows us to improve our awareness of our clients’ needs and expectations.. We have 17 internal audits each year which check for flaws in the system. We have a Quality Issue Report which is available for all the staff on the intranet. Any identified non-conformances are dealt with by the senior management system, either individually or at a management meeting. This continual measurement and improvement of the effectiveness of our management system relates directly to our ability to meet our clients’requirements. A happy customer equals a happy Dowco.
