Joining Dowco in 1972 as an Intermediate Detailer, Ken furthered his education with courses at B.C.I.T.
(B.C. Institute of Technology). Ken progressed rapidly through senior detailer/checker/Project Manager
and is presently our ISO Quality Procedures Manager. His mandate is to ensure that all Dowco staff are fully conversant
with our ISO Systems, and that all non-conformances are addressed. Ken and his team are also responsible for
ensuring that all connections on projects are identified and appropriately designed and implemented.
