Our Facilities

• The Burnaby office headquarters encompasses more than 14,600 sq. ft. and sits on 2.23 acres of property with salmon-protected Beecher Creek running through it. Warehouse facilities on the other side of the creek also belong to Dowco and have been renovated to accommodate additional Dowco staff.
• Mississauga, Ontario, is home to our staff in Eastern Canada. Opened in 1998, the Toronto office continues to expand, with staff currently numbering 18 detailers and checkers. The new expanded premises there allow for a training area for Dowco staff and new Tekla Structures users. The training facility will service Tekla Structures users on the east coast. Toronto staff also provides Tekla Structures support from this office. We will continue to build out our Toronto office.
• The Maple Ridge office sits on 4.6 acres atop a hillside in the scenic rural countryside community of Whonnock. It encompasses 15,625 sq. ft. of office space and houses Dowco's new drafting school as well as Dowco Construction. The renovated former Elementary School provides a spacious layout for office workstations as well as a gymnasium and little fear of being "sent to the office". The facility could eventually bustle with as many as 77 employees.
• The new 2500 sq‘ DowcoMax India operation located in the Salt Lake City Business Park, Kolkata, currently houses 26 Tekla Structures detailers and 3 managers. Each workstation area along with all office furnishings has been designed and custom built to match those found at Dowco‘s headquarters in Burnaby. The adjacent space has also been secured for future further expansion.
