Quality Assurance

Dowco Consultants Ltd. received ISO 9001 certification in 1998 and the quality management system is an integral part of our daily routine. It details specific standards and policies designed to ensure that we meet or exceed customer expectations by fully conforming to their requirements. The system is maintained by the VP of Quality Management and is available on the company intranet for easy access. All staff are expected to work to and maintain these quality standards.

The Dowco Quality Assurance System is based on the requirements of ISO 9001 :94.

 

Committed to Training

Dowco recognizes that training is critical to employee morale and the effective operation of the company. The Dowco Training Manager works closely with technical support staff and senior management to design and update our staff training and development programs. All staff have Intranet-based access to a comprehensive set of instructor-led, self-study and computer-based training, designed to enhance their existing skills and to help them to acquire new ones.
