Dowco recognizes that training is critical to employee morale and the effective operation of the company. The Dowco Training Manager works closely with technical support staff and senior management to design and update our staff training and development programs. All staff have Intranet-based access to a comprehensive set of instructor-led, self-study and computer-based training, designed to enhance their existing skills and to help them to acquire new ones.

Dowco's production facilities have experienced significant growth over the last few years. We currently operate three offices in Canada.
